1. Agreement

By accessing or using Ruwaonline, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Ruwaonline is an online marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, employers, job seekers, service providers, hosts, and community members. We provide the platform; we are not the seller, employer, or host unless we clearly say so in a listing.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm others.

4. Listings & transactions

• Sellers and posters must only list lawful goods and services they are allowed to offer.
• Prices, descriptions, and fulfilment obligations are between the parties to each deal.
• Wallet deposits, escrow, auction deposits, and subscriptions follow the rules shown in-product at the time of payment.
• Paid membership tiers unlock features described on the pricing page; misuse may lead to revocation.

5. Community & content

Do not post illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing content. Chat rooms and blogs are moderated. We may remove content or restrict access to keep the community safe. See also our chat safety guidance where published on the site.

6. AI features

Optional AI tools (search, drafting, matching, insights) may produce imperfect results. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing listings, applying for jobs, or making decisions. AI usage may be rate-limited by plan.

7. Fees

Platform fees, subscription prices, withdrawal fees, and related charges are disclosed before you confirm payment. Taxes may apply according to local law.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for disputes solely between users, third-party payment failures outside our control, or losses from reliance on user-generated content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruwaonline's total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim (or USD 50 if greater and no fees were paid).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Courts in Zimbabwe have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your location say otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the new terms. Material changes may also be announced in-product or by email.
